I am not sure what the patient care is like. I can only speak as an employee. They fired me while I was in a mental hospital after being targeted for two months by a hostile coworker after I reported her for filming videos in the call center and posting them online with patient information being discussed in the background and her computer screens visible in the videos. I can't begin to imagine how much patient information made it onto tik tok. I asked them to move me and offered several solutions to put distance between me and this other person. I tried for 2 months to get them to help me and then this other person and I got into a verbal altercation at work. I was forcibly placed in a mental hospital and there was an investigation done while I was in the hospital and I was never questioned. Once I was discharged and had access to my phone, I found that I had been fired by email. They were aware of my mental health diagnosis and learning difficulties when they hired me. I had a stellar record and had never had any reprimand of any kind. There are several other coworkers with disabilities that they seem to be targeting. There is a real disability discrimination problem here.

Nice group of people who support the healthcare field in a BIG way all across Washington State and Portland. It was a pleasure meeting this team.
